BOER BUCK

Boer goats are highly valued, masculine animals recognized for their strong breed character, heavy muscling, and excellent genetics. These traits are essential in breeding Boer goats to enhance meat production in commercial herds by increasing the weight and frame size of their offspring. Key physical traits of Boer goats include a robust head, strong neck, large chest, and well-developed hindquarters, often featuring a distinctive red head and white body, though solid colors can also be found. Their impressive reproductive traits, including fertile testicles, play a crucial role in boosting productivity and expanding new markets in the global goat meat industry, particularly in Uganda goat farming.
